The Office of International Study Programs - OISP was established in 2006 in order to professionalize international undergraduate and graduate education activities at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam National University. To date, OISP has implemented numerous international study programs in fields such as engineering, technology, and management.
OISP has partnered with prestigious universities in Australia, The United States of America, Japan, Switzerland, New Zealand, and so on. Students have the option to study entirely at HCMUT or transfer to foreign institutions.
All international study programs are taught entirely in English by a team of talented lectures from HCMUT and partner universities abroad. This has attracted a diverse student body from France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Laos, Myanmar, Pakistan, Egypt, Nigeria, Zambia, and beyound to participate, contributing to a multicultural learning environment at HCMUT.
External Relations Office - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology
The External Relations Office was separated from the Science and Technology and International Affairs Office in 2007. Over the past 10 years, it has made remarkable progress in the progress of building and developing the university. The office has established and implemented many effective collaborations with important partners both within and outside the country. These collaborations have deepened over time with many activities. The office has strongly attracted and efficiently managed many large internation projects such as AUN/SEED-Net, JICA, HEEAP, BUILD-IT, ECO-RED, TACTIC, The Italy-Vietnam textile center, ICTentr, among others. These projects, with a large amount of investment both in intellectual and financial resources, have contributed to enhancing management capacity, professional expertise, and upgrading infrastructure.
The office has successfully organized many conferences and workshops both domestically and internationally, creating a favorable environment for employees and students to exchange academic knowledge with experts around the globe. With an increasing number of scholarship programs, exchange programs, and internships with partially or fullly sponsored funding, the office is helping employees and students to achieve such benefits in a modern international working environment
R&D Project Management Office - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology
The R&D Project Management Office is in charge of advising, consulting, and being responsible to the Rector in managing scientific matters, including scientific research activies, technology transfer, technology incubation, technology-based enterprises, intellectual property rights, and beyond, while also committed to searching, building, and managing investment projects from various domestic sources.
Brand Management and Communication Office - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology
The Brand Management and Communication Office functions in advising and assisting the Rector in brand-communication management. The office serves as a focal point to carry out the work related to brand management and media communication, including brand managing and exercising, promoting the strengths and trust of the university, and multimedia communications and event organizations in a professional manner, suitable to the characteristics of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS INCUBATION CENTER (HCMUT-TBI) - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology
The feasible research project of Science and Technology Business Incubator - HCMUT started its course since January, 2010 under the collaboration of the Ho Chi Minh City Depart of Science and Technology and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, and has taken the official name TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS INCUBATION CENTER (HCMUT-TBI). Located at the campus of HCMUT at 268 Ly Thuong Kiet, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, the Incubation Center spans 650 square-meters and will have incubated 5 businesses within the first year of operation. The center is a state-owned, non-profit organization, and is managed by HCMUT, with its own seal and independent accounting.
